Our story
United Tarneit Sports Club is a family-friendly, multicultural club with a view to promoting outdoor sports in the Wyndham community, with a specific focus on cricket.
President and founding members, Devan Ranaweera and Vice President Jag Mangat, started out with a group of friends playing cricket together but struggled to put together even just one team.
However, within the span of just one year, their numbers expanded to sufficiently to field three teams.
The Club has continued to grow, proudly fielding an impressive tally of 10 teams last season.
Both the legends of UTSC have achieved their milestones in year 2026, with Devan Ranaweera scoring 5000 runs and Jag Mangat taking 500 wickets for UTSC. First batsman and bowler to achieve this in UTSC. A "feat" that our club refers to as remarkable, difficult and historical achievement that requires great skill, consisteny and dedication.
